Terms Of Use of HarmonyTech Limited
Dear users, welcome to register as a user of the HarmonyTech Limited platform (hereinafter referred to as "HarmonyTech", "this platform"). Please read the following service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before registration. Successful registration on HarmonyTech means that the user fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions of the Agreement

Only if users accept this agreement, they are entitled to use the relevant services provided by HarmonyTech. If you do not agree to this Agreement, it will be deemed that you have given up becoming a user on this platform, and you will not be able to obtain the various services provided by this platform. Please stop visiting this platform or using the services of this platform immediately.
1.2. HarmonyTech has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement from time to time as needed, and publish it on this page and its corresponding pages, but will not notify you separately. You should log in to this page and other related pages regularly to understand the latest content of the agreement. Once the modified agreement and rules are published on this page and related pages, they will automatically take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately stop visiting this platform and suspend the use of the services of this platform. If you continue to use this platform, it means that you accept the modified agreement and rules.
2. User Qualifications
2.1. Only persons or entities that meet one of the following conditions can apply to become users of this platform and use the services provided by this platform:
1). Natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and have civil rights and civil conduct capacity;
2). Natural persons who are under 18 years of age but have received written consent from their guardians (including but not limited to parents)
2.2. Companies, enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other organizations established and legally existing in accordance with Chinese laws or the laws, regulations and/or rules of the place of establishment can register as users. If a person without civil capacity, a person with limited civil capacity, or an organization without business or specific business qualifications improperly registers as a user of this platform or engages in transactions that exceed their civil rights or capacity, the agreement between them and this platform will be invalid from the outset. Once discovered, this platform has the right to immediately cancel the user and pursue all legal responsibilities for using the "services" of this platform.
2.3. Users must provide their real name or company name, with a clear contact address and contact phone number.
3. User Rights and Obligations
After you complete the registration application procedure, it means that you have obtained the right to use the account (user name) of I am a master.
3.1. Users have the right to use this platform to publish task information, query media resource information, make quotations, place orders such as advertisements, participate in activities in accordance with this agreement, and have the right to enjoy other related services provided by this platform.
3.2. Users have the right to change their login password and payment password as needed. Any actions operated or implemented through your account (user name) and password will be regarded as your own actions, and you will bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences. If you find that others are improperly using your account or there are any other circumstances that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately notify HarmonyTech in writing and effectively and request to suspend the relevant services.
3.3. Users are obliged to ensure that any data and registration information provided to HarmonyTech is true and accurate, including but not limited to the real company name, contact name, ID number, contact phone number, address, zip code, etc. HarmonyTech is guaranteed to contact the user through the above contact methods. At the same time, users are also obliged to update the relevant registration information in a timely manner when the relevant information actually changes.
3.4. Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their user accounts in HarmonyTech in any form without authorization.
3.5. Users shall not publish information prohibited by the state on the platform, shall not publish information that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other legal rights and interests of others, and shall not publish information that violates the public interest or public morality.
3.6. Without the written permission of HarmonyTech, users shall not copy, modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works, distribute, or publicly display the media information on this platform or any information displayed on the platform (including but not limited to the above forms).
3.7. Users agree that the email and mobile phone they provide to HarmonyTech will receive information from HarmonyTech, including but not limited to activity information, transaction information, promotional information, etc.
4. Rules of Use
When using HarmonyTech services, users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the place of establishment. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
4.1. Upload, display, post, disseminate or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following content:
1) Oppose the Constitution and any other international, federal, provincial, national regulations, laws, or basic principles established by local laws;
2) Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert national power, and undermine national unity;
3) Damage national honor and interests;
4) Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine national unity;
5) Undermine national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
6) Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, gathering to disturb social order;
7) Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;
8) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;
10) Insulting or slandering others, collecting or tracking others' personal information, and infringing others' legal rights;
11) Involving recent sensitive remarks and sensitive activities, criticizing others' products or advertisements, and conducting negative promotion;
12) Containing false, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;
4.2. Use this platform to engage in the following activities:
1) Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
2) Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
3) Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
4) Deliberately creating and disseminating computer viruses and other destructive programs without permission, or otherwise endangering the security of computer information networks.
5) Commercially exploiting any data on this platform without permission, using the data displayed on this platform in any way such as copying and disseminating.
6) Using any device, software, routine program or other means to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of this platform without permission.
4.3. Prohibited Cooperation Categories
In order to ensure that all marketing activities conducted through key opinion leaders (KOLs) strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the place of promotion and maintain public health and social moral standards, this platform imposes strict promotion restrictions on certain types of products and services. Please read carefully and strictly abide by the following regulations:
1) Pornography and related content
The scope of prohibition includes but is not limited to using KOLs to promote any content and products that contain pornography, vulgarity or strong sexual connotations, including but not limited to adult magazines, adult websites, sex toys and other products and services directly related to sexual themes.
2) Violence and dangerous behavior
It is prohibited to promote products and services that encourage violence, show bloody scenes or use violence as a selling point through KOLs. This includes but is not limited to illegal weapons sales, extreme sports activities and other behaviors that may cause personal injury.
3) Data privacy
In digital marketing activities, especially KOL marketing, it is necessary to follow the regulations on personal data protection in the place of promotion and properly handle user personal information. It is prohibited to collect, use or disclose personal/brand data without the user's explicit consent. You can also refer to the relevant provisions of our privacy protection regulations for details.
4) Other matters
Illegal drugs and narcotics: It is strictly prohibited to promote any type of banned drugs and their substitutes.
Tobacco products: According to the public health regulations of some promotion areas, any form of advertising for tobacco products is prohibited.
Gambling and lottery: Except for legal gambling operators authorized by the government, any other form of gambling or lottery services are not allowed to be promoted.
Once this platform finds that the user violates the above content, this platform will not review and approve it, and has the right to immediately suspend or delete the activity. This platform has the right to report to the judicial, industrial and commercial and other relevant government agencies, and the consequences shall be borne by the user. From the time the user publishes illegal content, it is deemed that the user has breached the contract, and this platform will no longer bear the obligations under this agreement accordingly. If the platform suffers any damage or suffers any dispute, lawsuit, or claim from a third party, the user shall compensate the platform for the corresponding losses, such as litigation fees, attorney fees, other third-party fees, business impact losses, etc., and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities for all consequences arising from his/her breach of the agreement. At the same time, the platform will assist in the investigation as required by the judicial department.
5. Rights and obligations of HarmonyTech
5.1. HarmonyTech has the obligation to ensure the normal operation of the entire online trading platform based on the existing technical level, avoid service interruptions or limit the interruption time to the shortest time, and ensure the smooth progress of users' online trading activities.
5.2. HarmonyTech is obliged to answer questions that users encounter when registering and using the platform.
5.3. HarmonyTech has the right to review the user's registration information. For any problematic or suspicious registration information, HarmonyTech has the right to issue a notice to the user and ask the user to explain or correct it, or directly impose penalties, delete information, delete accounts, etc. without notifying the user.
5.4. HarmonyTech has no obligation to conduct a prior review of all user registration information, all transaction behaviors and other matters related to transactions. However, if the following circumstances occur, HarmonyTech has the right to restrict user activities, verify relevant information from users, issue warning notices, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend and refuse to provide services to the user:
1) The user violates this Agreement or the documents incorporated into this Agreement due to being mentioned;
2) There is a user or other third party notifying HarmonyTech that a user or a specific transaction has violated the law or improper behavior and providing relevant evidence, but HarmonyTech is unable to contact the user to verify any information provided by the user to HarmonyTech;
3) There are users or other third parties who notify HarmonyTech that a user or a specific transaction has violated the law or engaged in improper behavior and provide relevant evidence. HarmonyTech judges the relevant content based on the knowledge level of ordinary non-professional traders and can clearly believe that these contents or behaviors may cause financial losses or legal liabilities to HarmonyTech users or HarmonyTech.
5.5. Based on national laws and regulations, the content of this Agreement and the facts known to HarmonyTech, it can be determined that the user has violated the law or violated this Agreement and other improper behaviors on the HarmonyTech platform. HarmonyTech has the right to publicize the user's illegal behavior on the HarmonyTech platform through online publishing, and has the right to delete relevant information, terminate service provision, etc. at any time without obtaining the user's consent.
5.6. HarmonyTech has the right to delete or take other restrictive measures to process the following information without notifying the user:
1) Including but not limited to the purpose of avoiding fees;
2) The purpose of hyping credit;
3) Containing malicious or false content such as fraud;
4) Not related to online transactions or not for the purpose of transactions;
5) There are malicious orders or other factors that attempt to disrupt the normal trading order;
6) Violating the public interest or may seriously damage the legitimate interests of HarmonyTech and other users.
6. Service Interruption and Termination
6.1. In view of the particularity of network services, this platform has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time with or without notice, unless otherwise provided in this service agreement. After the service is terminated, this platform has no obligation to retain the original user data or any information related to it for the user, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or third party.
6.2. If a user requests to cancel the registered user identity of this platform, this platform shall review and agree to cancel the registered user, and the user shall terminate the agreement relationship with this platform, but this platform still reserves the following rights: 1) After the user cancels, this platform has the right to retain the user's information, including but not limited to previous user information, transaction records, etc. 2) After the user cancels, if the user has committed illegal acts or violated this agreement on the trading platform of this platform before cancellation, this platform can still exercise the rights stipulated in this agreement.
6.3. If the following circumstances exist, this platform may terminate the service by canceling the user: 1) When the user violates the relevant provisions of this agreement, this platform has the right to terminate the service to the user. However, if the user once again directly or indirectly or in the name of another person registers as a user of this platform after the platform terminates the service, this platform has the right to unilaterally terminate the service to the user again; 2) Once this platform finds that the main content of the user's registration information is false, this platform has the right to terminate the service to the user at any time;
6.4. Other circumstances that this platform believes require the termination of service.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any impossibility, unnecessary or meaningless performance of this Agreement due to force majeure or other unexpected events. Force majeure as referred to in this Agreement also refers to objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided or overcome, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, technical controls by telecommunications departments, government actions or any other natural or man-made disasters.
8. Modification of Terms of Use
We may update these terms at our discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this page regularly to stay informed of changes.
